Managing Attorney Accepts ‘Attorney of the Year’ Award

Attorney Jenipher Jones, Managing Attorney of For the People, has been awarded the National Conference of Black Lawyers' Lawyer of the Year Award. This distinguished honor is a deeply deserved recognition of her unyielding dedication to civil rights, human rights, and the fight against systemic injustice, particularly for her struggle for the liberation of political prisoners.

Attorney Jones represents political prisoners Leonard Peltier and Jeff Fort, tirelessly advocating for their release and rights.
